Company #

German Property AS was founded 2007 by Georg Wessel and partners as an investment vehicle for German real estate. Initially with 500 shareholders, over the years Georg Wessel acquired about 90% of the shares with his Norwegian holding company Estator AS. The remaining shares are owned by his longtime German partner Dr. Wolfgang Rüssel.

Since the establishment, the company has owned, developed and managed office buildings, logistic and production properties as well as residential houses in West Germany, mainly in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main region and the area of Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Köln.

Today German Property owns and manages a real estate portfolio of about 90.000 sqm consisting of 5 commercial properties, a large logistic/production park and residential properties with about 100 apartments. Several of the properties have considerable development potential.

We will continue to strongly invest in Germany and are continuously looking for new opportunities.

Investments #

We are searching for long-term investments in real estate all over Germany with a focus on properties with development potential. This means that properties can have short lease terms, rent levels below market level, vacancies that need to be filled, bad technical conditions, conversion potential, existing and potential planning permission that can be developed or other potential that can be converted into improved net operating income and increased property value by dedicated management efforts.
